Our laser cutting capabilities offers you many design options in material use, precision and level of intricacy. From soft materials such as wood, plastics and aluminum to heavy gauge stainless steel plate, our 3D 5-axis laser-path system is CNC controlled for cutting accuracy.

We can utilize your designs in a number of forms including drawings, sketches, computer disks and tape drives. Our CNC utilizes MetalSoft FABRIWIN for programming and FABRIVISION for inspection and SPC capability. Our laser cutting is a boon to engineers, craftsmen, inventors and artists alike. Swiss Laser Technology

Our newest acquisition is our Bystronic Byspeed 3015 Laser Cutting System. This CO2 laser is equipped with a 4000-watt resonator, as well as two 5’ X 10’ tables with automatic table exchange.

This is a two-dimensional flat sheet cutting machine capable of cutting mild steel, aluminum as well as stainless steel, wood and plastic. This machine can cut 3/4” mild steel and 3/8” aluminum. It can also cut 5/8” stainless steel using nitrogen as an assist gas. Heavier materials can be processed but need to be reviewed by our engineering department for design and application. The Bystonic Byspeed is equipped with a fast dual pallet shuttle enabling material to be exchanged in 30 seconds. An overhead bridge crane with two independent trolleys capable of lifting 4000 lbs also assists the Byspeed. Material is vacuum-lifted to insure that it is not scratched or damaged during handling.
