Policy:
Ambox's quality policy is
represented by three
factors: Safety, Quality, with
commitment to continuous improvement, and Productivity. The first
and foremost is Safety. Ambox strives to eliminate any accidents that may occur to employee's in the work
environment. Healthy employees are the key to Quality and Productivity. To achieve this, training on safety
regulations will be administered continually throughout an employee's career.
The second most important factor is Quality. We
believe doing the job right the first time is second only to Safety. Ambox is dedicated to establish a quality
program that will cut down rejection rates to as near zero as possible. We must provide all employees with
the necessary training to assure our customer that the parts and assemblies produced will be in compliance
with their order.
Productivity is our third priority. Production is the
art of applying manpower and machines in the most beneficial way to produce quality parts in the least possible time.
Our policy at Ambox is to study every task that we do to make sure we are using the right machine
for every job.
